Versobank, formerly Marfin Pank, was established in 1999. It is now owned by the Ukrainian agro-industrial company Ukrselhosprom PCF LLC. There is only one branch in Estonia - in Tallinn - plus a representative office in Ukraine. It offers banking services to individuals and to businesses with a product range that includes current accounts, loans, and deposits. It also offers investments in securities, currencies, alternative investments, and a wide range of funds. Investment portfolio management services are also available.
